How do I become a Cronulla Sharks 2017 Member?
There are 3 easy ways to renew or purchase your Cronulla Sharks Membership

- Sharks Store at the Sharks Leagues Club – 461 Captain Cook Drive, Woolooware NSW 2230 Sharks Store trading hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Saturday, 10am – 4pm.
When is the same seat renewal cut off?
Renewing Members will have until Wednesday November 30, 2016 to renew their same seat as 2016. After this date, the Sharks Membership Team will fulfil any seating requests, then 2017 reserved seat Members will be able to select any available seats using the interactive seat map.
I am a renewing Member. How can I change my seat?
All Members will initially be allocated into their same seat as 2016. After November 30 all 2017 reserved seat Members will be invited back to use the interactive seat map and change their seats dependent on availability.
I am a New Member. When will my seat be allocated?
All new Members will be able to select their seats when purchasing their Membership using the interactive seat map. After November 30 all 2017 reserved seat Members will be invited back to use the interactive seat map and change their seats dependent on availability.
How can I pay for my Membership?
- Sharks Store – credit/debit card, EFTPOS, cash or cheque.
- Online and phone – credit/debit card
Can I pay for my Membership in instalments?
Yes. All Members will have the choice to pay off their Membership in instalments. A deposit will be taken on purchase, the amount of the deposit will be determined by the date of purchase with the balance to be paid over the remaining months up to June 14, 2017. Please refer to table below:

What fees are involved in Part Payment?
In 2017 we are pleased to introduce zero fees on Memberships which are paid in instalments.
Can I pay off my Membership in full at a later date if I choose part payment?
Yes, you can choose to pay off the balance of your account at any time before June, 2017 through your Sharks account or by calling the Sharks Membership Team on 1300 742 757.
When will I receive my Membership card?
Membership cards will be posted to Members in January 2017. If you purchase a Membership after this time, you will receive your Membership card within two weeks after purchase. If a Sharks home game falls within this two week period you will receive a temporary paper ticket for your entry until your card arrives.
When will I receive my Membership Pack?
Memberships purchased before October 30, 2016.
Your pack/s will arrive in mid to late November.
Memberships purchased after October 30, 2016.
Your Membership pack will arrive to you within two weeks of your purchase.
Can I upgrade my Membership on Game Day?
All 2017 Members will be able to take advantage of discounted ticketing for all Cronulla Sharks home games when they pre-purchase tickets through Ticketek. No upgrades will be permitted on game day.
Where do I go if I have a concern on Game Day?
Our friendly Membership team will be available to answer any Membership questions at our Membership marquee located outside Southern Cross Group Stadium on Captain Cook Drive.
How do I redeem my complimentary Sharks Leagues Club Membership?
All Cronulla Sharks 2017 Members who are over 18 years of age are entitled to a complimentary 12 month Sharks Leagues Club Membership. Simply see reception at Sharks Leagues Club to sign up for your Leagues Club Membership.
How can I use my merchandise voucher that is included in my Membership pack?
Merchandise vouchers can be redeemed at any of the merchandise outlets on any game days at Southern Cross Group Stadium. They can also be redeemed at the Sharks Store in the Sharks Leagues Club.
Country/Interstate Members – You will receive a unique code in 2017 via email that allows you to redeem your merchandise voucher online.
Is my Membership transferable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend a game you may give your Membership card/ticket to someone else to use. However, entry to the stadium will be subject to the classification of the Membership (e.g. an Adult would be refused entry on a Junior Membership). Memberships cannot be upgraded for entry to a single game. Reserved seat Members can also return their seat using their Sharks account.
How do I purchase additional home game tickets?
Additional tickets for individual Sharks home games must be purchased through Ticketek. Visit www.ticketek.com.au or call Ticketek on 132 849. There is no guarantee that one-off game day tickets will be available near your season seat(s).
What classifies a Junior or Concession?
Junior – 16 years and under by 1st March 2017 (children aged 4 and under are not required to have a ticket but aren’t entitled to a reserved seat unless purchased).
Concession – applies to pensioners (aged, war, invalid or TPI) or current full-time students.
How do I group seats together?
If completing an application form – Submit and staple together all application forms for the people you wish to sit with and you will be contacted by the Membership Team.
If purchasing online – Please select your seats using the interactive seat map.
If purchasing over the phone – Please mention your seating preference to the Membership team.
How do I get to Cronulla Sharks home games at Southern Cross Group Stadium?
We encourage all guests to take advantage of the integrated ticketing and complimentary Sharks Shuttle service options that have been provided due to the limited parking available around Southern Cross Group Stadium.
Train – All 2017 Cronulla Sharks Memberships include free travel on Sydney Trains to and from Southern Cross Group Stadium on game days. The closest station to Southern Cross Group Stadium is Woolooware which is approximately a 15 minute walk.
Sharks Shuttle – The complimentary Sharks Shuttle will meet up with passengers disembarking from Woolooware and Cronulla stations before letting off Members at Southern Cross Group Stadium. Complimentary return Sharks Shuttle services will commence post-match at the transport hub located at the front of the Stadium, Captain Cook Drive.
Parking – If Members do choose to drive to Southern Cross Group Stadium there is no parking available in the Sharks Leagues Club on game days. Limited off street parking is available.
Taxi – A taxi rank is located out the front of Sharks Leagues Club

Where is the Alcohol Free area at Southern Cross Group Stadium?
Members and fans can enjoy watching the Cronulla Sharks from the non-alcohol area on Family Hill.
Do you offer Companion Membership?
Yes. Any Members who require a companion will be allowed a Complimentary Membership for their companion. A carer’s card will need to be provided.
Where is disability seating available in Southern Cross Group Stadium?
Disability seating is available in the ET Lower stand in Bays 19 and 24
