Membership rollover information
For all of our 2017 Members that have opted in to rollover their Membership(s) for 2018, the automatic-rollover is due to take place on Saturday October 14, 2017. To ensure you are fully informed, please read the below information about the automatic-rollover process. If you have any questions, please contact our friendly Membership team on 1300 742 757.
Automatic-rollover applies to all 2017 Members that paid online or over the phone using a debit or credit card.
The automatic-rollover will occur on Saturday October 14, 2017.
Your 2018 Membership will roll over into the same Membership package(s) as 2017 at the updated and relevant price, and the payment will be taken from the same debit/credit card (unless changed in-between).
If you paid for your 2017 Membership in full, the automatic-rollover will process the full payment again for 2018 (unless advised otherwise).
If you paid for your 2017 Membership in monthly instalments, the automatic-rollover will deduct the first monthly payment for the 2018 season on October 14. It will then withdraw 9 payments of 10% each on the 14th of each month until July 14th, 2018.
If you have spoken to the Membership team and made changes to your package, these changes will be reflected in your rollover.
What is an automatic-rollover?
An automatic-rollover process is the easiest renewal process for Sharks Members. It means your Membership will automatically renew without you doing a thing!
Your 2018 Membership will automatically be identical to what you had in 2017 at the updated and relevant price and the payment will be taken from the same debit/credit card (unless changed in-between).
What if I have changed payment details?
You may have received an email recently letting you know that your payment details are incorrect or expired. Please call our friendly Membership team on 1300 742 757 to update your payment details allowing your Membership to rollover successfully.
If you would like to also change your payment details, please get in touch with our Membership team.
What if I purchased a Membership as a gift?
If you purchased a Membership as a gift, your payment details will remain on the Member’s account that you purchased for, unless changed. Please get in contact with our Membership team to confirm all payment details.
What if my Membership was purchased as a gift?
If you received a Membership that was not paid by you, please get in contact with our Membership team to update your payment details.
What if I want to change packages for 2018?
If you wish to change your Membership package for 2018, please get in touch with our Membership team on 1300 742 757. We will offer a personalised approach to ensure we find the best option for you.
If you want to move or add seats, we recommend that you automatically rollover your seats from 2017. After November 30, please then get in contact with our Membership team on 1300 742 757 to see what options are available.
Want to pay at a later date?
To opt out of your automatic-rollover, please get in touch with our Membership team on 1300 742 757. You can still be a Member for 2018 without rolling over automatically. You can opt out at any time before Wednesday October 11, 2017.
For reserved seat Members, you will have to renew before November 30 to keep your same seats. After this date, your seats will be released to other Members to purchase.
Want to renew now?
You can renew your Membership before the automatic-rollover occurs. This can be done by calling our Membership team on 1300 742 757, or by logging into your account online at http://bit.ly/SHARKSLOGIN
How do I choose my Member choice item?
Keep an eye out for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org after Monday October 16. You will be able to select your Member choice item included in your 2018 Membership pack. You can check them out here.
If you do not choose your Member choice item before Tuesday October 31, your item will be automatically selected.
Happy with your 2018 package?
If you are happy with your same package as 2017 rolling over automatically, you’re all ready to go. The automatic-rollover will renew the same package you had for 2017, then look out for an email after Monday October 16 asking you to select your Member choice item.
