When will I receive my Membership card & pack?

Membership packs and cards will arrive together.

To ensure you receive your Membership packs and cards before the start of the season, please purchase your Membership before January 25th, 2018.

Once your order has started to be packed, you will receive an email with some information to track the process of your order.

Before January 25th, 2018 – Member packs ordered before January 25th are scheduled to arrive within three weeks from date of purchase. In some instances, it may take longer for your pack to arrive.

January 25th to February 26th, 2018 – Any Memberships purchased during this time will be delayed. Please expect your packs to arrive between mid to late-March. An electronic version of your Member card will be sent to your email address as a temporary replacement.

From February 27th, 2018 – Please allow around three weeks from the date of purchase for your Member pack to arrive.

In the event of an upcoming game, an electronic version of your Member card can be sent to you via email as a temporary replacement.

The tickets for all Flexi 6 or Flexi 3 Memberships will be sent via the post. Unfortunately, we cannot send electronic versions of these tickets. Please contact the Membership team on 1300 742 757 if you want to attend a Sharks game, but your tickets have not arrived yet.

I ordered a Flexi 6 or Flexi 3 Membership and the tickets did not arrive.

The tickets for all of our Flexi 6 and Flexi 3 Memberships are printed on a single sheet of paper and are kept safe in a brown piece of folded cardboard. It is roughly the same size as an A4 piece of paper and is often mistaken for just packaging.

Please do not discard this piece of cardboard as the tickets are located inside.

How do I become a Cronulla Sharks 2018 Member?

I'm a new member. How do I purchase a reserved seat for 2018?

New Members can purchase available seating via our interactive seating map online. If you are unsure of what seating you may be interested in, our friendly Membership team can help answer any questions and find the best seats for you. How can I pay for my Membership?

  • Sharks Store – credit/debit card, EFTPOS, cash or cheque.
  • Online and phone – credit/debit card

How will I know if I have successfully joined for 2018?

Members will receive a confirmation email, if an email address is supplied, to confirm the receipt of their renewal.

If you do not supply an email address the only way to confirm your renewal has been received is to call the Membership Team.

Can I purchase a Membership as a gift?

Yes, a membership is the perfect gift for any Sharks fan!

Before you sign them up and to ensure a smooth process, please take note than an automatic confirmation email is sent to the registered email address once the application is received. If you do not wish for the recipient to receive any communication until the present is received, please ensure you register an alternate email address and contact number until they’re received their gift. After this time, you or the recipient can contact us to update their details.

Can I pay for my Membership in instalments?

Yes, we offer payment plans for memberships over $50. Just select the payment plan option when purchasing. Each payment is a monthly payment of 10% of the total price.

What fees are involved in Part Payment?

There are no fees on Memberships that are paid on the part payment plan.

Can I pay off my Membership in full at a later date if I choose part payment?

Yes, you can choose to pay off the balance of your account at any time before June, 2018 through your Sharks account or by calling the Sharks Membership Team on 1300 742 757.

Can I upgrade my Membership on Game Day?

All 2018 Members will be able to take advantage of discounted ticketing for all Cronulla Sharks home games when they pre-purchase tickets through Ticketek. No upgrades will be permitted on game day.

Where do I go if I have a concern on Game Day?

Our friendly Membership team will be available to answer any Membership questions at our Membership marquee located outside Southern Cross Group Stadium on Captain Cook Drive at the eastern entrance gate.

How do I redeem my complimentary Sharkies Leagues Club Membership?

All Cronulla Sharks 2018 Members who are over 18 years of age are entitled to a complimentary 12 month Sharks Leagues Club Membership. Simply see reception at Sharks Leagues Club to sign up for your Leagues Club Membership.

How can I use my merchandise voucher that is included in my Membership pack?

To redeem your merchandise voucher in-store or on game days, please present your card to Sharks Store staff when purchasing. Please do not scratch the voucher code panel as once the voucher code panel is removed, the voucher cannot be redeemed in store and can only be redeemed online.

To redeem your merchandise voucher online, login to the Sharks Store with your Member ID and password, select your desired items and scratch and enter your voucher code into the ‘promotion code’ section at checkout. Please note, you can only use 1 merchandise voucher per transaction. If you do not know your login details, please call the Sharks Membership team on 1300 742 757 (1300 SHARKS).

All 2018 merchandise vouchers expire October 31st, 2018.

Is my Membership transferable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend a game you may give your Membership card/ticket to someone else to use. However, entry to the stadium will be subject to the classification of the Membership (e.g. an Adult would be refused entry on a Junior Membership). Memberships cannot be upgraded for entry to a single game.

Reserved seat members can also return their seat using their Sharks account for a rebate off their 2019 Membership. You can find the steps on how to do this here.

How do I purchase additional home game tickets?

Additional tickets for individual Sharks home games must be purchased through Ticketek. Visit www.ticketek.com.au or call Ticketek on 132 849. There is no guarantee that one-off game day tickets will be available near your season seat(s).

To receive your 10% off pre-purchased tickets as a Member, enter your Member ID in the ‘Password’ section on the event page.

What do I do if my Member card has been lost or stolen?

If you have lost your members card, please call the Membership team on 1300 742 757. There is a $10 fee to purchase a new members card.

If there is an upcoming home game, head to the Membership Marquee on the Eastern entrance and the membership team will print you a temporary ticket for admission to the game.

What do I do if I change my address?

If you change your address, please contact the Membership team. The Membership team is not held accountable if you change your address after your tickets and membership pack has been sent.

What is the difference between a Leagues Club Membership and a Football Club Membership?

The Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club is a separate entity to the Cronulla Sharks Rugby League Football Club of which have separate memberships. The Cronulla Sharks Football Club membership directly supports the team on the field and includes ticketed access, NRL finals tickets access and also discounts on Sharks merchandise.

What classifies a Junior or Concession?

Junior – 16 years and under by 1st March 2017 (children aged 4 and under are not required to have a ticket but aren’t entitled to a reserved seat unless purchased).

Concession – applies to pensioners (aged, war, invalid or TPI) or current full-time students.

How do I group seats together?

If completing an application form – Submit and staple together all application forms for the people you wish to sit with and you will be contacted by the Membership Team.

If purchasing online – Please select your seats using the interactive seat map.

If purchasing over the phone – Please mention your seating preference to the Membership team.

How do I get to Cronulla Sharks home games at Southern Cross Group Stadium?

Due to the extremely limited parking available in and around Southern Cross Group Stadium, we encourage all guests to take advantage of the free and complimentary transport options that have been provided.

Train –  All 2018 Cronulla Sharks Memberships include free travel on Sydney Trains to and from Southern Cross Group Stadium on game days. The closest station to Southern Cross Group Stadium is Woolooware which is approximately a 15 minute walk.

Sharks Shuttle – The complimentary Sharks Shuttle will meet up with passengers disembarking from Woolooware and Cronulla stations before letting off Members at Southern Cross Group Stadium. Complimentary return Sharks Shuttle services will commence post-match at the transport hub located at the front of the Stadium, Captain Cook Drive.

Parking – If Members do choose to drive to Southern Cross Group Stadium there is strictly no parking available in the Sharks Leagues Club on game days. Off Street parking is available but is extremely limited and subject to council restrictions.

Disabled parking – Southern Cross Group Stadium does not have a general disabled parking area. Disabled parking is only available to season ticket holders who have a valid disabled parking accreditation.

Taxi – A taxi rank is located out the front of Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club

Where is the Alcohol Free area at Southern Cross Group Stadium?

Members and fans can enjoy watching the Cronulla Sharks from the non-alcohol area on Family Hill and the Silver (Alcohol Free) category.

Do you offer Companion Membership?

Yes. Any Members who require a companion will be allowed a Complimentary Membership for their companion. A carer’s card will need to be provided.

Where is disability seating available in Southern Cross Group Stadium?

Disability seating is available in the ET Lower stand in Bays 19 and 24.
